I am a seasoned business leader with proven results as a sales & operations executive and change facilitator. Over the course of a 20-year run with a fortune 500 company (W.W. Grainger) I have led people across many areas of the business.
Of the 11 different positions I’ve held over the last 20 years, none were easy. Because I signed up for the tough assignments and succeeded, I became known as the “fix it” leader. I was asked to turn around teams that were not performing.
I love to learn. In 2008, I obtained an MBA from the University of Arizona. I am an avid reader. In 2017, I made a huge personal investment in myself and began the process of becoming an Associate Certified Coach.
My friends and family would describe me as humble, driven, positive, deliberate, and sincere. I am known for holding myself and others accountable.
My daughters would say I am not a good dancer but not afraid to laugh at myself.
